How to file a claim

  The applicant must sent an email to the CJT’s Registry attaching the Application Notice form that sets out the reasons for seeking an order from the Tribunal declaring the competent judicial authority to determine the claim.

  The Tribunal will notify the respondent (by way of email) of the application

• 03

  To respond to the application, the respondent will be required to file a Respondent’s Notice form by way of email to the CJT within 14 days of receipt of the application.

• 04

  The Tribunal will then hand down its decision within 30 calendar days of the final submission. The decision will be in both the English and Arabic language and will be available on the Tribunal’s site for public viewing
